ASSOCIATE
Sergio Barboza is a Senior Associate in the Labor Area. He is a lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and holds a Second Specialization Degree in Labor and Social Security Law from the same university.
He has more than 10 years of experience in labor consulting, judicial proceedings, administrative proceedings before SUNAFIL and immigration proceedings, having advised national and international companies on compliance with labor obligations, implementation of internal policies, hiring of foreign personnel, inspections, among others.
He was Director of Public Relations of the Peruvian Society of Law and has previous work experience in important global consulting firms such as Ernst &Young (EY) and developed his entire professional practice always in the labor area of recognized law firms.
